About Us
Wendy and Craig have been married since 2016, they are based in East Sussex and live with their bearded dragon and a 16 year old Goldfish.
Craig Russell
Craig has over 11 years of experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities in Adult Social Care
Passionate about his job and the adults he works with Craig is also very keen on ensuring there is a safe working environment for staff. Craig delivers most of our Safety Trainings and wants to make sure those he teaches go back and put what they have learned into practice.
When not working in Social Care or Training Craig likes hiking, plays the drums and is a very active gamer and Twitch Streamer
Wendy Russell
Wendy has worked in Adult Social Care for over 13 years and also worked for a SEN School for a year. Wendy qualified as a Makaton tutor in 2019 and is very keen on ensuring everyone has the appropriate support to communicate effectively.
Wendy teaches all of our Makaton training as well as Risk Assessment, Mental Capacity and Deprivation of Liberties Trainings.
When not working in Social Care or Training Wendy enjoys hiking and gaming and is very active on Social Media as Finding Voices Makaton Tutor - Links to her profiles can be found below.
